High functioning anxiety happens when anxiety drives your ambition.

When anxiety is in the driver's seat, and it leads us to pursue success at all costs, it ends up costing us in hidden places. We might end up looking very successful to the world around us, but deep down, we doubt ourselves and wish we felt more confident. We know that we are competent and capable, but we also know that there is a gap between our performance and our potential. We long to feel as confident as we look. Instead, we feel like we are working extremely hard to keep it all together.

If this sounds familiar, there is a good chance that high functioning anxiety is in the driver's seat of your life. The good news is, there is so much that can be done to take control back over the life that you want to live. You can break the cycles of burnout, learn to switch off, and get to a point where you know how to selectively prioritise the things that matter to you most.

If you are a high achiever with high functioning anxiety in the driver's seat, building confidence from the inside out is the key to unlocking your full potential.
